What is Hair Diagnostix?
Hair Diagnostix is a business unit of Dutch Screening Group that offers a number of unique, scientifically proven hair screening methods, based on multiple technological platforms. By using your hair, we can give you a glance of what is going on in your body, non-invasively. Through these innovative technologies, we are able to look at different (bio)molecules and elements in your body. The results of our hair screenings will be sent to you in the form of a digital report.

The history of
The idea for our technique originated from a simple student’s question. “By applying specific mass spectrometry technologies, can I see if my friends have been out partying?”
In order to answer this question, hair was analysed and that is when the “Eureka” moment happened. The brainstorm sessions following this question led to the pipelines we now utilise. The results clearly showed us that our hair functions as a diary to many of the nuanced processes happening in our bodies. To this end, we have assembled a multidisciplinary team that is committed to developing techniques that help you understand your diary.
